ARTÍCULO 15 – RECONOCIMIENTO MUTUO

ARTICLE 15 – MUTUAL RECOGNITION

15.1.

Supeditado al derecho de apelación previsto en el Artículo 13,
los controles, las AUT (a excepción de las AUTexpedidas por
lasorganizaciones nacionales antidopajecontempladas en el
Artículo 4.5.4.c), las decisiones de los paneles de audiencia y
cualquier otra decisión final pronunciada por cualquier ADN o
por cualquier signatarioserán reconocidas y respetadas por la
FIA y por todas las ADN, siempre que cumplan con las disposiciones del Código y pertenezcan al área de competencia de la
ADN o del signatario en cuestión.

15.1

Subject to the right to appeal provided in Article  13, Testing,
TUEs (with the exception of TUEs issued by National AntiDoping Organisations as stipulated in Article 4.5.4.c)) and
hearing results or other final adjudications of any ASN or any
Signatory which are consistent with the Code and are within
the ASN’s or Signatory’s authority, shall be recognised and
respected by the FIA and all ASNs.

15.2.

La FIA y las ADN reconocerán las medidas adoptadas por otros
organismos que no han adherido al Código, si las normas de
esos organismos son compatibles con el Código.

15.2

The FIA and the ASNs shall recognise the same actions of other
bodies which have not accepted the Code if the rules of those
bodies are otherwise consistent with the Code.

15.3.

Supeditado al derecho de apelación estipulado en el
Artículo 13, cualquier decisión de la FIA relativa a una infracción
del Reglamento será reconocida por todas las ADN, que adoptarán todas las medidas necesarias para la aplicación eficaz de
dicha decisión.

Subject to the right to appeal provided in Article 13, any decision of the FIA regarding a violation of the Regulations shall
be recognised by all ASNs, which shall take all necessary
action to render such decision effective.

ARTÍCULO 16 – Incorporación de las normas antidopaje
de la FIA por parte de las ADN
Todas las ADN respetarán el Reglamento. El Reglamento también será
incorporado, ya sea directamente o bien por referencia, en las normas de
cada ADN. Todas las ADN incluirán en su reglamentación las normas de
procedimiento necesarias para la aplicación del Reglamento.
ARTÍCULO 17 – Prescripción
No podrá iniciarse ninguna acción contra un deportista u otra persona
por la infracción de una norma antidopaje descrita en el Reglamento, a
menos que dicha acción sea iniciada dentro de los ocho años a contar
desde la fecha de la infracción.
ARTÍCULO 18 – INFORME DE CUMPLIMIENTO DEL CÓDIGO
La FIA entregará informes a la AMA sobre su cumplimiento del Código
cada dos años y explicará los motivos de cualquier no conformidad.

ARTÍCULO 19 – ENMIENDA E INTERPRETACIÓN DEL REGLAMENTO

ARTICLE 16 – INCORPORATION OF THE FIA ANTI-DOPING RULES
BY THE ASNs
All ASNs shall comply with the Regulations. The Regulations shall also
be incorporated either directly or by reference into each ASN’s Rules. All
ASNs shall include in their regulations the procedural rules necessary to
effectively implement the Regulations.
ARTICLE 17 – STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
No action may be commenced against an Athlete or other Person for
an anti-doping rule violation described in the Regulations, unless such
action is commenced within eight years from the date on which the violation occurred.
ARTICLE 18 – CODE Compliance Report
The FIA will report to WADA on its compliance with the Code every
second year and shall explain reasons for any non-compliance.

19.2

The Regulations are published in French and in English. In
case of a difference of interpretation between the two texts, the
French text takes precedence.

19.3

Los títulos utilizados en las diferentes partes y artículos del
Reglamento están destinados únicamente a facilitar su lectura y
no podrán ser considerados como parte de la sustancia de las
normas ni afectar en modo alguno el lenguaje de la disposición
a la que se refieren.
El SUPLEMENTO A - Definiciones; el SUPLEMENTO B
- Normas de procedimiento para el Comité Disciplinario
Antidopaje de la FIA (CDA) ; el SUPLEMENTO C - Formulario
de reconocimiento y de aceptación, y el SUPLEMENTO D
- Estándares Internacionales de la AMA son considerados
como parte integrante del Reglamento.

The Regulations shall be interpreted as an independent and
autonomous text and not by reference to existing law or statutes, except as provided in Article 19.6.

19.4

The headings used for the various Parts and Articles of the
Regulations are for convenience only and shall not be deemed
part of the substance of the Regulations or to affect in any way
the language of the provisions to which they refer.

19.5

SUPPLEMENT A – Definitions; SUPPLEMENT B – Rules of
Procedures for an FIA Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committee
(ADC); SUPPLEMENT C – Recognition and Acceptance Form;
and SUPPLEMENT D - WADA International Standards shall
be considered as integral parts of the Regulations.

El Reglamento ha sido adoptado en virtud de las disposiciones
aplicables del Código y debe ser interpretado de manera coherente con estas últimas.
El Reglamento ha entrado en vigor y surte efecto desde el 1 de
