INTRODUCCIÓN
La Federación Internacional del Automóvil (en adelante, la «FIA») ha
adherido al Código Mundial Antidopaje (en adelante, el «Código») de la
Agencia Mundial Antidopaje (en adelante, la «AMA») el 1 de diciembre
de 2010.
Los principios y las disposiciones obligatorias del Código han sido incorporados en el Reglamento Antidopaje de la FIA (en adelante,  «Reglamento »).
Este Reglamento apunta a proteger el derecho fundamental de los
deportistas de participar en actividades deportivas exentas de dopaje, a
promover la salud y a garantizar a los deportistas la equidad, la seguridad
y la igualdad en el automovilismo.
Alcance
El Reglamento se aplica a la FIA, a cada ADN y a cada participante en
las actividades de la FIA o de una ADN en virtud de su estatus de miembro, de su acreditación o de su participación en las actividades o manifestaciones de la FIA o de las ADN.
LaADN debe garantizar que todos los deportistas a quienes se haya
otorgado una licencia internacional de la FIA acepten el Reglamento,
principalmente mediante la firma del formulario de reconocimiento y de
aceptación que figura en el Suplemento C.
Es responsabilidad de cada ADN asegurarse de que todos los controles
a nivel nacional efectuados a sus afiliados cumplan con las disposiciones
del Reglamento. En algunos países, laADN efectúa ella misma el control
del dopaje descrito en el Reglamento. En otros países, la totalidad o una
parte de las responsabilidades de los controles del dopaje que recae en
la ADN son delegadas o atribuidas, por estatuto o por algún acuerdo, a
una organización nacional antidopaje. En estos países, las referencias
contenidas en el Reglamento relativas a laADN deben aplicarse, cuando
corresponda, a la organización nacional antidopaje responsable.

INTRODUCTION
The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (hereinafter FIA) began
adhering to the World Anti-Doping Code (hereinafter Code) of the
World Anti-Doping Agency (hereinafter WADA) on 1 December 2010.
The principles and obligatory provisions of the Code have been
incorporated into the FIA anti-doping Regulations (hereinafter the
Regulations).
The purposes of the Regulations are to protect the Athletes’ fundamental right to participate in doping-free sport and thus promote
health, fairness, equality and safety in motor sport.
Scope
The Regulations shall apply to the FIA, each ASN, and each Participant
in the activities of the FIA or any of its ASNs by virtue of its status as a
member, its accreditation or its participation in the activities or events of
the FIA or its ASNs.
The ASN must guarantee that all Athletes to whom an International
FIA Licence has been issued accept the Regulations, in particular by
having them sign the Recognition and Acceptance Form featured in
Supplement C.
It is the responsibility of each ASN to ensure that all national-level Testing
on the National Federation's Athletes complies with the Regulations. In
some countries, the ASN itself will be conducting the Doping Control described in the Regulations. In other countries, many of the Doping Control
responsibilities of the ASN are delegated or assigned by statute or agreement to a National Anti-Doping Organisation. In those countries, references in the Regulations to the ASN shall apply, as appropriate, to the
National Anti-Doping Organisation.
The Regulations shall apply to all Doping Controls over which the FIA
1
