Processes require providing these services, should be identified in quality management, it
must determine:

Scope of activity.
Monitoring and measurement methods.
Resources.
Responsibilities.
Risks and opportunities.

8.5.6 Control of changes
Keep documented information that describing the output of the review of changes; person
who authorise changes and any necessary actions arising from the review.

8.6 Release of products and services
Before releasing a construction unit, the company should perform monitoring, and
measurement of process previously identified and planned, ensure that all inspections
points and construction condition meet requirement of clients and technical specification.
Type and grade of monitoring and measurement should be appropriate to each process in
relation with its impact on conformity of the product and service.

8.7 Control of non-conforming outputs
The internal audit process frequently identifies processes within the quality management
where there is non-conformance with the standard. Such instance are no not unexpected as
occasionally all management system will experience shortfall in their performance. As a
result, the output quality standard of the product will not always meet the product
requirements. However, the quality management system must employ procedures to rectify
the manifestation and effects of non-conformance. There must be mechanism to:
