etc. An important aspect of keeping records of the quality provision is that there is
traceability.
The Organization must identify and planning material receipt process, production (work),
installations (facilities) and post-delivery service, and be sure that these processes are
carried out under control condition.
In construction industry, identifying and processes planning have different level, example:
1. Procedure of execution, or work instruction.
2. Inspection Point Programme
Sometime, there could be procedures or work instruction which include Inspection Point.
8.5.2 Identification and traceability
In construction industry, traceability is a must in particular units or services that, regulated
by the organization own requirement or legal requirement, it should be traceable. Example:
structural concrete, deviation management, etc.
As well all these material should traceable when their quality performance test if after the
work. That way permits identifying the tested samples with lots used.
8.5.3 Property belonging to customers or external providers
The organization should identify, verify, protect and safeguard customers’ or external
providers’ property provided for use or incorporation into the products and services.
A customer’s or external provider’s property can include materials, components, tools and
equipment, premises, intellectual property and personal data.
