documentation contains drawings, memories, annex, measurement and quotation
estimated etc. also can include the maintenance of the building.

The new version of Standard is more clearly with this requirement; it applies this
requirement to purchasing and all sub-contracted operations. The company must
differentiate which service sub-contracted affects the quality of overall operation and which
not. Company is only forced to control that one’s which has an important effect on the final
product or service.
In order to assure an efficient management of supplier, the company should set up criteria
for it evaluation, selection, monitoring and re-evaluation.
Choose the supplier.
Supplier is considered as a stakeholder of the company. We are their clients, so we can ask
them the same requirement as our clients ask us.
The criteria for selection of them should be addressed to meet requirements of the product.
To do this, the organization takes references such as the recognition in the market, location,
flexibility, delivery, financially sustainable, etc. to evaluate candidates. These criteria are
often combined with economical characteristic (price, payment term) to choose the final
one.
When the information about a particular supplier is not enough, it could take special
monitoring a beginning of the task, in order to take decision in long term.
