executable, the work specifications are clear and understandable, and they meet accomplish
legal requirement. The review normally is taken before the work starts, o partial work starts.
Revision is done when the project manager and customer designated interlocutor agreed it.
Meeting memos, legal requirement list, changes records are considered as evidence of
fulfilment of this clause.
The company is forced to collect any change produced during the work execution, the
changes could be initiatives made by clients, or change proposed by own company due a
legal change, or better construction solution. Changes proposed by company will be
executable as long as it get client or project manager approval, or the parties.

8.3 Design and development of products and services
8.3.1 General
The company should set method to the planning, realization and control of the project,
according to this requirement, as the company is responsible of the project design and
execution.
8.3.2 Design and development planning
The company should define functions and responsibilities of their members, as their
function are defined in general procedures of the company. It should demonstrate interfaces
between departments and external party (supplier).
