by the company, in order to achieve the quality conditions stablished in contracts. The
quality plan should collect following information:

Project requirement or contract clauses, which the company must set a control
point on these requirement.

The company should determine the need of process definition, work instructions,
plan of inspection, flowcharts, and actions plan in case of no conformity detected.
Quality plan specifies control activities and it monitoring. The company can choose
the method to carry out above mentioned activities.

These activities could be defined through Inspection Point Plan, Monitoring Plan,
Action Plan, Testing plan, etc.

All above mentioned records are the evidence of activity.

8.2 Requirements for products and services
8.2.1 Customer communication
Each contract and quality planning, an efficient communication channel is set which through
this channel both parties will exchange information; and a responsibility will appointed to
attend the product information, consulting and changes on the contract. It used to be
designated construction site manager as the responsible for this task.
Client satisfaction feedback will be developed in chapter 9 and clients’ complaints will be
treated as a Non Conformity in chapter 10.

The company should determine the product or service legal requirement related and others
requirement set up by the company. Some example in construction industry:

Reinforced concrete structure, Spanish standard to fulfil is EHE – 08
Construction material are required the CE mark.

Once determined the requirement for product and service, the company must ensure the
ability and capability to carry the project out, without being brought under any deterrent.
Example: contract with public administration, company is forced to get relative work licence.
