8.1 Operational planning and control
Product realization is concerned with development of the processes involved in delivering
the products to ensure that such planning is appropriate to operation of the quality
management. Many of considerations which needed to be made in respect of the product
realization will have been determined during the preliminary organisational review stage.
At that stage the company’s policy, objectives, business processes and associated
fundamental management aspects will have been determined.
