ISO 9001 specifies the requirement for internal and external communication. The
communication must be managed effectively to personnel within company and to those
outside who interact with or are influenced by the quality management of the company.
Internal communication will focus on the implementation of a communication plan, which
implemented, continually informs and updates management and staff on the use of quality
management.
Some internal communication channel could be:
- Company magazine
- Information board
- Meetings
External communication means being open handed with provision of information
concerning organisation performance and quality focused outputs. For a successful
communication with clients and other stakeholders, the company should think about deliver
the message, nowadays following channel are used to make publication of a large numbers
of companies:

Presses.
Company website
Delegate the responsibility to some one
Advertisements.
