simple practices for this:

Record lessons learned after the closure of projects.
Identification of external sources of knowledge.
Protection of intellectual property.
Presentation of success stories.

7.2 Competence
The company is not forced to have this requirement documented, but the method taken
should be regulated. The method help the company finds out:

How identify the individual training needs.

The planning of training

Records of training as evidence.

Evaluate the skill gained of each worker to be independent at work task.

7.3 Awareness
It’s an essential success factor of quality management implementation. Following actions
could be taken by company in order to aware the personnel of company quality policy,
objectives of quality in the process, and their contribution and role with quality area:

Communication: convey clearly the expectation of top management, keep staff
informed of output and grade of fulfilment of objectives, involvement the
personnel into the quality process.

Participation: promote and encouraging the personnel to participate actions of
continual improvement.

Addressing the task to the targets: became aware of objectives in advance, it helps
the staff recognize the map of quality.

Team work: reinforce the concept of team work.

Collaborators and suppliers intimate related with the company will have the same treatment
as staff of own company.
