6.3 Planning of changes
This chapter doesn’t refer the quality planning of construction performance quality; it refers
the changes in quality management system. Some example of these types of modification is
the change within structure of company.

7. Support
7.1 Resources
7.1.1 General
The company should evaluate about which resources are needed within their quality
management and their processes.
Firstly the company shall enlist the resources not available, it doesn’t matter the reason why
is not available, and figures out that the company could find next situations:
-

Skilled labour is required.

-

Some machinery is needed.

-

Workshop use of a third party.

These circumstances should be contemplated in the quality management system, in order to
ensure the availability of different resources in that moment and way are they required.
7.1.2 Human resources
There is a direct and strong link between the organizational strategy, structure and what the
company adopted planning and human resource planning. Human resource planning is
concerned with identifying the staff and workforce requirements for the implementation
and maintenance of Quality Management. The representative of quality management will be
