Limit setting area

[Limit]

Cytometer QC and setup

Click each row under [Item] and define the limit range for [rCV] and [PMT] of each
channel.
The [PMT] of each channel is for reference only. It is not used as a [Pass]/[Fail]
judgment.
For [rCV]:
Select the upper and lower limit setting from the drop-down menu. You can select
[±2SD], [±3SD], [User Setting], or [Assay Value]. The default setting of [rCV] is
[±2SD].
For [PMT]:
The setting ([User Setting]) cannot be changed.

[Limit Input]

For [rCV]:
In daily QC, only the upper limit is used for providing the pass/fail result of each
[rCV].
If you selected [User Setting] for [Limit], enter the range in the field to the right of the
[+] mark.
If you selected [Assay Value] for [Limit], enter the value in the rightmost field next to
the [~] mark.
For [PMT]:
Enter the range for each upper and lower limit in the field next to [+] and [-]
respectively.

3 Click [OK].
The dialog box closes and the new QC file for the lot is added at the bottom of the QC File list with the new index
number assigned.
