10. Improvement
10.1 General
10.3 Continual improvement.
With the principal goal of achievement continual improvement of the quality management,
considerations focus upon those actions needed to fulfil this. Two set actions influence this
capability greatly: the application of corrective actions; and use of the preventive actions.
Preventives actions entails the implementation of preventives controls and seek to prevent
non-conformances occurring within quality processes and procedures used. Corrective
actions involve those corrective controls used to rectify non-conformance following their
occurrence.
