4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties.
Who are stakeholders?
Meeting requirements of clients and get their satisfaction are the main purpose of this
International standard. Chapter 4.1 shows that interested parties are not only clients.
Definition of a Stakeholders or interested parties:
person or organization (3.2.1) that can affect, be affected by, or perceive itself to be
affected by a decision or activity
Some examples of interested parties could be:

Suppliers
Strategical allies
Inverters
Board of directors
Supply chain partners
Public administrations.
The organization shall decide which party’s expectationss they are interested to meet them.
