Ingredients for 4 people:
4 chicken thighs (skinned ones are OK, too).
1 kg potatoes
1 onion.
3 ripe tomatoes.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 bay leaves.
600 ml chicken broth.
1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional) .
Olive oil.
Ground black pepper.
salt
Preparation:
Season the chicken, and brown it in a little olive oil in the same pot to cook the stew. In
the meantime, peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
