0.1 General.
The contents of this chapter is not a requirement of the standard, it tries to explain the
funds to implement the quality system on an organization.
The most noticeable changes of the revised standard are detailed in following list:

system into the business strategy.
Helps address organizational risks and opportunities in a structured manner.
Uses simplified language and a common structure and terms, which are particularly
helpful to organizations using multiple management systems, such as those for the
environment, health & safety, or business continuity.
Addresses supply chain management more effectively.
Is more user-friendly for service and knowledge-based organizations.
Promote the conscience of continual improvement.
Encourage the participation of all stakeholders.

All these changes are success factors of quality system.
