400 g desalted codfish loins
1 medium onion
2 red peppers (Optional)
4 tomatoes for salad
40 cl vinegar
150 cl olive oil
20 black olives
4 garlic cloves, minced
salt
Preparation:
Cut the onion cut into thin strips and soak it for three hours in water salt and some
vinegar until it loses part of its piquant taste.
