Ingredients (for 4 people):
700 g desalted, skinned and deboned codfish
200 ml beer
200 ml water
250 grams flour
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
Preparation:
Crush the oregano, parsley and garlic in mortar.
Add in the vinegar and water when the ingredients are mashed.
Put this mixture over the cod and let rest for one hour.
Then drain the parsley and garlic mixture.
Mix the flour, oil, beer, and a pinch of salt to an homogenous mixture.
