1. Scope
The chapter 1 of ISO 9001:2015 defines the scope thereto; don’t get confused with the
scope of quality management, which is a term commonly used in context of quality system
certification to describe the organization and product that are applied.
If the organization decides to implement a limited quality management, this shall be defined
clearly on the quality manual, or on any other public document available. To avoid confusing
