DECRETO Nº 150 / 2015
VISTO:
El Convenio Marco entre la Municipalidad de la Cumbre y el
Club Amigos del Deporte.Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que se acompaña el Convenio Marco entre la Municipalidad
de La Cumbre representada por el Sr. Intendente Carlos
Engel y el Club Amigos del Deporte por su Presidente Sr.
Carlos Alberto Ontivero, en cuyas Cláusulas se expresa el
destino del mismo.POR ELLO y en uso de sus atribuciones;
EL INTENDENTE MUNICIPAL DE LA CUMBRE
DECRETA
Articulo: 1º
CELÉBRESE el Convenio Marco entre la Municipalidad de
La Cumbre representada por el Sr. Intendente Carlos Engel
y el Club Amigos del Deporte por su Presidente Sr. Carlos
Alberto Ontivero, en cuyas Cláusulas se expresa el destino
del mismo.Articulo: 2º
COMUNÍQUESE, publíquese, dese copia a las oficinas
correspondientes, a la oficina de contaduría al Registro
Municipal y ARCHÍVESE.
