User settings

IPU settings

15.4.1 Manage settings
Click the [IPU Settings] tree in the [IPU Settings] dialog box to display the items below.

[Backup]

The current settings of the IPU can be saved to a file.

[Restore]*

Settings saved in a file can be restored (they will replace the current settings).
(➤P.237 "⏺ Restoring backed up settings (restore)")

[Set Default]*

The settings in the IPU can be returned to the default settings.
(➤P.237 "⏺ Initializing settings")

* Only [admin] (instrument administrator) can use this setting.

⏺ Saving settings (backup)
The current IPU settings can be saved to a file.

1 Click [Backup].
The [Save As] dialog box appears.

2 Specify the save folder.
3 Enter a file name.
The file extension is ".ini".

Note:
The default file name will be [XF-1600][Software Version][IPUSetting][Date of save_Time of save].ini.

4 Click [Save].
The settings are saved.
